One of the highlights of the month tonight; the photo club meeting! Tonight we will visit one of the members’ workplace, a marine laboratory, and see how he makes his beautiful macro shots, as well as look at another members’ underwater photos. Cool! This is why I really like being a member of

First impressions; The K-7 feels a bit smaller in my hands, and gave my thumb a little bit of chafing at first, but that might have something to do with the I’ve just received confirmation that a spanking new Tamron 70-200 f2.8 is heading my way. I’m really looking forward to trying it out properly (I tried it out a bit at the fair, and got convinced enough to be sure I would like it). I’ve never had a long lens with this large |
