]]> I ordered 3 dvd’s from Amazon just before Christmas, and when they hadn’t arrived in over 3 weeks I contacted customer support. They kindly asked me to wait another day, and reply if they hadn’t arrived by then. Since they hadn’t arrived then either I replied, and they informed me they would send out replacements, free of charge. Excellent! A few days later my dvd’s arrived, and everything was ok. Yesterday however I received another copy of one of the films, so I expect I might have gotten my original order, very delayed, so now I’m sending back the spare copies to Amazon. It would have been easy to do a quick-dirty and keep (or sell) the copies, but since I admire the way they handled the replacements, no fuzz, no argument I want to be totally honest and return the spare copies to them.
