Finally my iPhone arrived yesterday! A lovely little black number. I immediately went to work adding the apps I wanted, transferring some music, and spent a little time figuring it out and making all the settings. is how long I’ve waited for the iPhone now. My old mobile has given up, so I’m unreachable part of the time. Unfortunately it seems as if our supplier doesn’t have as good a supplier as what Telia has. I fixed an iPhone for Judit through Telia, and they had about 7 days delivery-time, …for the iPhone. Unfortunately it seems no-one can give a hint about when it might show up either. Might be tomorrow, might be next year… Well well, I’m hoping it might be this coming week, since I imagine they won’t send out anything around the holidays… I found out today that the status “delivered” from one of the webshops that we use at work apparently doesn’t always mean that the item is delivered, but is instead out of stock, and no word on when it comes back into stock. It gets even stranger, since apparently they still send out an …by the Apple-bug? As you may have read I have had problems with my phones recently. My old favourite (Nokia N95) has been a long trusted helper, but unfortunately it has started acting weird, and therefore has to be retired soon. I replaced it with a Nokia E52, which absolutely didn’t work well for I tried the E52 for a few days after the firmware, but decided that I’d rather have a mobile which occasionally stops working, than have one which works half-crappy all the time So, I’m now back to my old N95 8GB. So far the downsides are the size (it’s bigger and a bit I updated my Nokia E52 firmware today. The update was very smooth and no data seems to have been lost. This is however one of the first good things I’ve discovered about this mobile. I switched from my old N95 8GB because it was starting to mess up, dying and rebooting on it’s own, |
