Carpe lux

[SinglePic not found] I was sitting in my car this morning, waiting for the doctors office to open, light rain outside, and saw all the gravel on the parking lot, and thought, maybe I should snap a shot, and so I did. Nothing fancy or well thought trough. Didn’t think much about it until later in the afternoon when I opened up the photo in Photoshop and saw that it was quite sharp, and had good tonal range. I did 2 minutes of adjustments and turned it black and white, and voilà, a photo which I really like! Sometimes it’s easy to forget that many good photos can come from just having a camera at the right time, not have the right camera some of the time…  (Click on the photo to see it in larger size)
